Quoting & Ordering

Q: How do I request a quote?
A: You can submit a drawing, model, sketch, or even a photo through our website’s quote form, or email it directly to us. STEP, IGES, DXF, and PDF drawings are preferred.

Q: How long do quotes take?
A: Most quotes are returned within 2-4 days depending on complexity and material requirements.

Q: What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?
A: A drawing or CAD model, material type, quantities, tolerances, surface finish requirements, and any special notes (threads, coatings, tight tolerances, etc.).

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: No — we handle everything from single prototypes to higher-volume runs.

Turnaround Time

Q: What is your typical lead time?
A: Standard lead times are 1–2 weeks for most jobs. Rush services are available depending on shop load.

Q: Do you offer same-day or next-day turnaround?
A: Yes — for certain materials and part types. Rush fees may apply.

Finishing & Additional Services

Q: Do you offer anodizing, plating, heat treating, etc.?
A: Yes — we work closely with trusted local vendors for anodizing, Cerakote, plating, powder coating, heat treat, and other finishing services.

Q: Can you help with design or CAD work?
A: Yes. We regularly assist customers who only have sketches or concepts and need help finalizing manufacturable designs.

Industrial Repair & One-Off Work

Q: Do you repair broken or worn industrial parts?
A: Yes. We frequently machine replacement components, repair damaged shafts, bushings, housings, and solve one-off industrial problems.

Q: Can you reverse engineer a part?
A: Yes. Bring the part in and we can measure, model, and remanufacture it.

Payment & Shipping

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Credit/debit, ACH, business checks, and online invoices through QuickBooks.

Q: Do you ship parts?
A: Yes — we ship anywhere in the U.S. via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Local pickup is also available.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, for orders within Florida unless you provide a valid resale or tax-exempt certificate.
